Ideal weight is not always related to how a person looks at a given weight, it actually depends on dosage for medical use and the formulas.

Having an ideal body weight is everyone’s dream, particularly women. There are several ways women willingly do in order to lose weight such as regulating diet, doing some exercises, taking body slimming pills, and the most extreme, doing liposuction. Based on the BMI range, it is possible to find out a healthy weight for any given height.

After finding out the result, you can proceed to looking at the following 4 categories;

  1. A BMI over 30 indicates obesity
  2. A BMI of between 25 and 29.9 is overweight.
  3. A BMI of between 18.5 and 24.9 is ideal.
  4. A BMI of less than 18.5 means that a person is underweight.

People who are underweight or thin are fairly at risk for health problems in the body’s metabolism. It can also interfere with fertility, especially in men by causing a decrease in sperm count. While in women, fertility problem will cause pregnancy disorders. Do not underestimate the problem of underweight because this will also affect your body’s immunity against bacteria and viruses. Moreover, having an extremely thin body can make you vulnerable to anemia and osteoporosis.

On the other side, overweight people are also at risk for health problems such as heart attacks, diabetes and strokes. So it is best to have an ideal body weight, not too fat and not too skinny either.

Healthy life choices are including regular exercise, eating a variety of unprocessed foods, getting enough sleep, etc.

There are many ways to lose weight, one of them is by managing your diet. While having less or even excess body weight in addition to reducing self-confidence in appearance, it can also interfere your health.
